Maison des Landes is a charitable trust set-up by the Lions Club of Jersey to provide holidays in Jersey specifically for people with a disability, along with their family, friends and carers. We’ve been welcoming guests with disabilities since 1960’s. Our newly refurbished premises combined with 50 years of experience enable us to give people the kind of break they thought they may never be able to enjoy again.
In 2021 we commenced a £3.8 million refurbishment of the property to further enhance the experience of our visitors. When the hotel reopened in 2023 we also launched the Community Hub - an inclusive social space and meeting place that it open to individuals, local disability groups and organisations. Whilst these improvements are fantastic for visitors and locals alike, funding our work remains a constant challenge. Your support to help cover the cost of the refurbishment and to help support our ongoing work would be very much appreciated.

In November 2026, a group of cyclist's from Jersey will embark on our second cycle challenge; to cycle 400km across the heart of Sri Lanka in aid of the Maison des Landes Accessible Hotel and Community Hub.
This epic adventure will take our riders through the centre of Sri Lanka. Starting near Colombo, we will head east into the highlands before turning south towards the coast. It's 400km of stunning landscapes, vibrant culture and amazing wildlife - including elephants on the road.
Every penny raised by the team will go to enabling people with disabilities, both visible and hidden, to enjoy the wonderful facilities and safe environment of Maison des Landes.
